- Savings or proof-of-funds evidence for cash above the mortgage amount and purchase costs.
- Income documents, employer statement, BKR or loan context, and any DUO-related notes where relevant.
After an accepted offer
- Valuation plan, lender submission timing, purchase agreement dates, and financing-clause date.
- Bank guarantee or deposit timing if relevant to the agreement.
- A question list for the mortgage advisor before assuming approval timing.
